The problem?
Objective
On a random midweek evening after work in London, I was introduced to a potential client by a mutual friend. CEO & Founder of new startup, Martech Alliance.
As with most business ideas, Carlos had a clear vision and mission but lacked any true design or brand expertise to achieve certain requirements to get up and running. No real brand development, logo or web presence.
At this early stage, simply ideas on paper.
After a brief chat, we agreed to kick start a collaboration to provide direction and support the Martech Alliance journey.

What is Martech?
Research
Back in 2016, the world of Martech was unfamiliar to me, but my curiosity led me to explore its true meaning and purpose. Embracing the project as a great stimulus, I delved into extensive research to grasp the direction, purpose, landscape, and competitors. This commitment to thorough understanding allowed me to effectively solve the problems and deliver impactful solutions.

Design Approach
Process
Upon conducting the necessary market research to obtain a richer insight, I extracted key findings and
implememted as part of the initial brand development/brain storming sessions. Key relative terminology such as algorithms or the fusion of
traditional sectors combined with tech would prove to be solid foundation to kick of the brand design process.
Sketchbook work commenced,
before further development transitioned to screen as part of the design process.
The Solution
Foundation
CEO and founder was pleased with the distinctive look and feel, which supported the Martech Alliance vision and mission. This was transmitted through to the website UI design and brand presence during national and global events.
